No more “someday”

You have rehearsed the change long enough.

Coaching that turns “I should” into a program: one written goal, a deadline, homework between the sessions, and someone who checks.

A goal with a date

Written in session one. Everything after is measured against it.

Homework between sessions

A conversation, a decision, a test, the change happens out there, not on the sofa.

A stated end

Programs finish. Coaching that never ends is a subscription, not a result.

One real situation

One decision by the end

How it moves

The method, four steps, no mystery

Momentum is not a mood, it is a mechanism. Here is the one we run, program after program.

01

Set the target

We turn “something has to change” into one measurable goal with a date. Vague goals produce vague coaching, this one is written down.

02

Map what is in the way

Skills, constraints, habits, and the stories you tell yourself. We sort what is real from what is merely familiar.

03

Work the plan, session by session

Every session ends with one commitment in your real life, a conversation, a decision, a test. The next session starts with what happened.

04

Make it stick

The last sessions build the routines and safeguards, so the results survive without the coach. The point is to stop needing me.

What clients walked away with

Results first, that is the whole point of the exercise.

Promoted to Head of Operations in 7 months

I came in wanting to “get better at visibility”, which meant nothing. Two sessions later I had a real goal, a number and a date. The plan felt almost boring, and it worked.

Claire Vasseur

Supply chain manager, retail group

Retrained as a data analyst, hired three weeks after the program

The reality-testing saved me. My fantasy plan A died in week three (in an interview with someone who actually does the job) and plan B turned out to be the right one. I changed careers without burning my savings.

Mehdi Zerhouni

Former bank auditor

Signed the new role at a 22% higher package

I rehearsed the salary conversation four times before having it once. When it finally happened, nothing surprised me, I had already heard every objection, in session, from my coach playing a tougher version of my CEO.

Anna Kohlmann

Marketing director, SaaS

Exec team attrition: three departures the year before, none since

The workshops were uncomfortable in the right way. The corridor conversations moved into the room, and our Monday meeting went from ninety minutes of status to forty minutes of decisions.

Loïc Perrin-Danet

CTO, 40-person scale-up

Your accomplice

Who you will work with

Eleven years of coaching managers, executives and teams, after nine years leading teams myself, with the budgets, the politics and the 11pm doubts that come with the job. I know the difference between a pleasant conversation and a decision.

My clients do not come for motivation; they come to change something specific. We define it, we work it, and we stop when it is done, some of the best programs I have run ended early.
